Jesus called us to make disciples, not replicas. Duplication produces imitation and dependency; multiplication develops maturity, capacity, and purpose. True leadership equips others to fulfill their God-given assignment, not reproduce yours.

You can copy someone’s methods, language, presentation, and even the appearance of their assignment, but you cannot copy the capacity God developed through their process.
